Our Commitment

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right or refund you.

Money-Back Guarantee

The 14-day guarantee applies only to new projects and does not apply to completed deliverables or third-party expenses.

Refund eligibility is void if the client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior.

Refund Terms by Service

Design Services

• Before concepts delivered: Full refund
• After first concepts: 50% refund (within 3 days if not meeting brief)
• After you approve: No refund (considered accepted)

Development Services

During development:

• Advance (30%): Non-refundable after work starts
• Final payment (70%): Only due when you're satisfied

After delivery:

• If you approve: No refund
• If issues: We fix them or offer partial refund

Warranty period: Free bug fixes

Marketing Services

• First month: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days
• After first month: Pro-rated refund for unused time
• Ad spend: Never refundable (already spent on platforms)

Example: Paid ₹25,000 for February. Cancel on Feb 15.

Refund: ~₹12,500 (unused half month)
Ad spend: Not refundable

Career Services

• Before first draft: Full refund
• After first draft: 50% refund (within 3 days if quality issues)
• After you approve: No refund

What's Never Refundable

• Domain registration
• Hosting fees
• Shopify monthly fees
• Payment gateway fees
• Premium themes/plugins purchased
• Stock photos or media
• Work you've already approved
• Transaction fees

How to Request a Refund

When We May Deny Refunds

/You didn't provide required information
/You missed deadlines repeatedly
/You changed requirements multiple times
/You already used the work
/Issues are from your side (not ours)

Partial Refunds

If project is cancelled midway, we calculate based on work completed.

Example Calculation

Project: ₹50,000

Work completed: 60% (₹30,000)

Refund: ₹20,000

Special Cases

Project can't be completed: Full refund of remaining amount

Change of mind: Refunds eligible only within 14-day guarantee period and before major deliverables are completed

Force majeure: Refund unearned portion

CoreZen Tech reserves the right to make the final decision on refund eligibility based on documented project communication and deliverables.
